For more than 45 years, I have represented clients throughout South Florida and nationwide. I have focused my career with a personal philosophy of always helping others. I am experienced in both civil and criminal trials in state and federal court, and have represented thousands of clients in personal injury claims against insurance companies. I will personally work diligently to provide advice and counsel during the various stages of every case, protecting the rights of people injured by the negligence of others.

Matthew Baron is a litigation associate who joined the firm in November of 2018. Matthew graduated from New England School of Law | Boston in May of 2015, where he was a Dean’s List student and academic scholarship recipient. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Arts in history from Brandeis University in May of 2010. He is a Miami native who graduated from Gulliver Preparatory High School.

Cynthia Ventura received her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in May 2019, where she was a Dean’s List student every semester and graduated magna cum laude in the top 10% of her class. During her time in law school, she was a board member of both the St. Thomas Law Review and Trial Team, where she competed in multiple mock trial competitions and was published in the Law Review.

Darren Freckleton joined the firm as an associate attorney after earning his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s List student, a member of the Trial Team, and served on the Executive Board of the Caribbean Law Students Association. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. In addition, Darren completed a Paralegal Certificate through FIU Law’s Legal Studies Institute.
